Fall Trail Walk on the D&L and Taylor House Brewing

Details
We're in the season of shorter days, cooler weather and colorful foliage so it's time for another trail walk followed by a brewery visit.
This time we'll head to Catasauqua to walk some of the D&L Trail, then repair to Taylor House Brewing for beer, food and good times. We'll get started at 1 p.m. and plan to walk the Catasauqua to North Catasauqua leg of the trail, about 3 miles out and back. Nice and easy. I'll figure out the exact starting/meeting point as we get closer. Then we'll drive the short distance from the rally point to the brewery.
Taylor House Brewing, named after George Taylor, a signer of the Declaration of Independence, whose house is just across the road from the brewery, opened in Catasauqua in June 2018. Its Vanilla Gorilla vanilla porter might be its most famous pour. Other beers on tap include a Belgian-style wit, Dutch-style lager, blueberry ale, multiple IPAs and a German-style Oktoberfest lager. There's usually a food truck there on Saturdays though I'm not sure yet which one.
Join us at 1 for the trail walk (again, details on meeting point/parking to come) or catch up with us at the brewery by 2:30ish (they don't open until 2).
See you there!
