Another New Venue: Bethlehem Barrel and Drafthouse at Wind Creek

We're going to beat the winter doldrums by visiting another newish venue in the Lehigh Valley: the Bethlehem Barrel and Drafthouse in the Outlets at Wind Creek complex in Bethlehem.

Opened in August 2025, this new craft gastropub isn't a brewery or winery but it features a rotating selection of Pennsylvania microbrews on tap, from the Lehigh Valley and around the state. It also boasts an extensive selection of ryes and bourbons, a craft cocktail menu and wines from France and California.

Food is "elevated pub fare", think apps, salads, sandwiches, burgers and comfort-food entrees.

It's a new place to check out and experience so we'll see what it's all about.
