Hello Elixir Alchemists!
We are happy to announce our next meetup with the following agenda.
Agenda:
- Presenting Edux, an Elixir web shell for educational purposes by Viktor Gergely (Tech Lead at Erlang Solutions Budapest Office). Edux was created to support teaching declarative programming in Elixir at BME university with an Elixir sandbox (similarly to existing solutions for Prolog). A description of the background and building blocks of the tool will be presented together with a demo of the running software.
- Open discussion about practical Elixir and Erlang usage in the software development world and the ecosystem.
Speaker’s bio:
- Viktor learned and fell in love with Erlang during his years at Ericsson. He decided to grow his experience in end-to-end design of various systems in different industries. He has been a Tech Lead and started working with Elixir at Erlang Solutions since 2019.
