JavaScript Meetup September feat Prezi viewer in JavaScript

Details
Laszlo Pandy (https://www.linkedin.com/pub/laszlo-pandy/77/a26/6b6) (Prezi): Immediate mode on the web: how we implemented the Prezi viewer in JavaScript
Laszlo Pandy is the lead of JavaScript application development at Prezi. He will take you through the largest project he has ever worked on, and show why the zooming canvas has so many unique rendering challenges.
Laszlo will explain how Prezi implemented their own text rendering, why they chose to use canvas instead of HTML, SVG or WebGL, and why his team will be using immediate mode in the future for both UI (with Facebook's React) and free-form graphics.
Jeremy Dagorn (https://www.linkedin.com/profile/view?id=68649156) (Prezi): How do we use the Flux architecture for our UI modules, and how this system is similar to the way you structure your programs in Elm.
Beers, soft drinks and pizza will be provided by Prezi.
This event is ENGLISH speaking.
