Hello!
Join us for this free event. Breathwork is an active form of meditation to release, restore, replenish. It offers countless benefits, you can release built up stress and tension, you can reconnect with yourself, you can enjoy being in your body instead of in your head. You can experience the feeling of deep rest.

  • No previous experience is needed
  • You will need a quiet place where you can lie down comfortably and can remain undisturbed
  • Comfortable clothes are recommended, don't eat 1 hr before the session
  • The journey is guided with music, we recommend having good headphones or a speaker
  • Zoom link will be updated before the event.
