• Leadership Agility Advisor & Visionary Pragmatist: Diana Larsen serves as a roving leadership agility advisor, helping organizations navigate the intersection of leadership, team improvement, and learning with practical insight and strategic vision.
• Co-Author & Model-Maker: She co-authored influential books—Agile Retrospectives, second edition: A Practical Guide for Catalyzing Team Learning and Development; Liftoff, second edition: Start and Sustain Successful Agile Teams; Lead Without Blame: Building Resilient Learning Teams; Five Rules for Accelerated Learning; The Art of Agile Development, second edition; and Agile Coaching Qualities—and co-originated the Agile Fluency® model.
• Advisor, Speaker & Facilitator: Diana works with leaders to design and grow work systems that strengthen resilience, leads inspiring keynotes, facilitates large-group events (including Open Space Technology), and mentors leaders to foster environments where everyone, including the leaders, can say, “I love my work. This is the best job ever.” She collaborates with Impactful Organizations as an Impact Advisor.
• Community Contributor & Board Leader: She has taken on leadership roles in professional communities—co-founding the Agile Fluency Project, serving on advisory boards such as the Organization Design Forum, and advocating for lifelong learning and healthy team cultures.
