Silent Book Club – Margaret Island Edition

Given the lovely summer weather, the next Silent Book Club event will take place on Margaret Island! Bring your current read, immerse yourself in it for an hour, and then share your thoughts with us.

🗺 How to find us: The event will be held in the northern part of the Great Meadow (Nagy-rét: https://maps.app.goo.gl/JF7LhYmZoBVfMBTA8).
We will meet at the information board by the "Szállodák" transit stop, and walk in together from there to find a nice spot on the grass.

🕑 Schedule:

• 17:00-17:30 – Arrival, settling in, and introductions: what are you reading today?
• 17:30-18:15 – Silent reading
• 18:15–19:00 – Small group discussions about our books (optional)

💡 What to bring besides your book:

• A picnic blanket or towel to sit on
• Drinks and snacks of your choice
• Mosquito repellent
• Anything else you need for your comfort

🌍 Please note: Since this is going to be an international meetup, the introductions at the beginning and the casual chat at the end will be held in English. Of course, the silence during reading belongs to everyone, so you are more than welcome to bring a book in any language you prefer!
