Youth Club - Citadella hike and meetup

Following our last fun meetup events and overwhelming positive response, we are heading outdoors! Come join our Budapest Youth group (ideal for ages 18–30) for a relaxed and free hike up to the Budapest Citadella.
This is a fantastic opportunity to meet new people in your age group, expand your social circle, and make genuine friendships in a welcoming atmosphere.
Available spots are limited. We prefer a smaller group to let everyone interact with each other - unlike very large groups where most people feel overwhelmed (specially introverts - you know what I am talking about!).
We encourage you to sign up as waitlisted in case the event spots are filled. If spaces open up, we will accommodate you as soon as possible!
The Plan:
We will start with a scenic, easygoing hike up Gellért Hill to the Citadella - we will meet in front of the M4 metro stop exit at Szent Gellért tér . You don’t need to be an athlete as we’ll take it at a friendly pace!
Once we reach the top and take in the beautiful panoramic views of Budapest, we’ll find a nice spot to sit down, relax, and chat.
To help break the ice and get everyone know each other, we will play a fun round of Human Bingo! It’s super casual and the perfect way to get to know others interest.
After that, we will transition into playing some fun card games (Uno, Spicy, Flip 7, feel free to bring your own) and simply enjoying good company. Finally, We will view the beautiful sunset from there before leaving.
Coming alone is completely normal! You are also more than welcome to bring friends or guests, just send me a quick message about it beforehand.
What to bring:
- Comfortable walking shoes for the hike!
- A towel, blanket, or something similar to sit upon at the top.
- Water to stay hydrated.
- Some snacks if you’d like (something special from your country is super cool!) and we can share them together while we play games.
- Pens/Pencils for the Human Bingo and game rounds
- Your positive energy!

Please make sure to update your RVSP in case you can't make it to let someone else take the spot from the waitlist. You will be marked as no-show on the platform for the event if you skip without giving any update, while taking seats.
