What we’re about
Impromptu or planned summer event group for teenagers in the Mount Olive area. This group is teenagers with special needs and for teenagers who DON'T have special needs. It's for teenagers who are JUST special! It's also a chance for parents to meet up with parents.
If you have an idea for a get together please text me at 908.507.2151. I'm happy to help facilitate but I need to communicate a couple of things:
- I'm a single dad so I have a full plate
- So, I don't have the time to respond back and forth to texts and emails
- Simple communication is my goal and the way I live my life.
- No drama. No stress. No judgements.
- JUST FUN!
- In the discussion part of Meet Up you can put some ideas for things that you all might be doing and we can create an event.
- The reason I'm doing this is because my son, Mattie, LOVES to do stuff and there are some great kids in this area. So why not bring everyone together throughout the summer to have some fun.
- Lastly, if there is someone else who is good with details, who would like to help me manage this endeavor, please feel free to text me. As I said, I'm NOT looking for more work.
PS: I am traveling in Italy until June 21, so I'm pretty sure I won't be working on this during that time. Just saying :-)
