Bodhi Seed Class | Ages 5–10
The Bodhi Seed Class introduces children to meditation and Buddhist teachings in a warm, engaging, and age-appropriate environment. Through meditation, Dharma and Chan stories, group discussions, mindful activities, and creative crafts, children learn to discover their inner wisdom, develop their potential, and cultivate kindness, compassion, mindfulness, and a positive moral outlook on life.
Bodhi Youth Class | Ages 11–16
Building on the Bodhi Seed program, the Bodhi Youth Class helps older students deepen their meditation practice and understanding of Buddhism. Through meditation, Dharma teachings, discussions, and interactive activities, students explore how Buddhist wisdom can be applied to everyday challenges and relationships at home, at school, and with friends.
