What if the path to awakening wasn’t about effort, discipline, or retreating from daily life—but about being embraced just as you are?
Join us this fall for Buddhism 101: The Heart of Buddhist Grace, a 3-session, 5-week online course designed for beginners, the curious, and anyone seeking a fresh perspective on the Buddhist path. Rooted in the profound tradition of Shin Buddhism, this course explores how true awakening arises not from perfection or striving, but from entrusting ourselves to a greater wisdom and compassion.

Through guided study, discussion, and reflection, you’ll discover the meaning of shinjin (true entrusting), the balance of self-power and Other-Power, and how to bring these teachings into everyday life. Together, we’ll explore how Buddhist practice can transform suffering into peace, doubt into faith, and isolation into connection.
Whether you are brand new to Buddhism or looking to deepen your understanding, this course offers an accessible, practical, and heart-centered introduction. No prerequisites are required—just an open mind and willingness to learn.
