Feeling stressed, scattered, or low on energy? Join us for a special edition of our Mindful Movement and Meditation class, where all proceeds will benefit Team Alabama for the 2026 Transplant Games. Donations are tax-deductible and support a vital cause. This nurturing practice blends gentle movement and guided meditation to calm your mind, boost your energy, and restore balance to your body and spirit.

**Why This Matters**

By joining us, you’re helping raise awareness for the life-changing impact of organ donation and supporting Team Alabama’s competition in the Transplant Games, where participants include:
• Transplant recipients: Individuals who have received life-saving organ transplants.
• Living donors: Those who have donated organs while alive.
• Donor families: Families of deceased donors honoring their loved ones.
• Supporters and volunteers: Anyone passionate about supporting this cause, building advocacy, and developing medical and legal advancements to help save more lives.

• Join our Mindful Movement & Meditation class on Thursday, November 20, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST.
