Are you ready to step out of autopilot, soften anxiety, and develop healthier patterns of mind?

Join us for Buddhism 101: Breaking Habits, Finding Freedom, a practical and beginner-friendly three-class online course designed to help you understand your habits—and transform them with awareness and compassion.
