Always been curious about Buddhism? This summer — start here.
Buddhism 101: The Basics is Buddhist Faith Fellowship's most popular and longest-running course — offered since 2004 — and it's back this summer as a live online Zoom course guided by our experienced teacher Rev. G.R. Lewis, M.A.

Open Enrollment extended to July 7, 2026. 2 spots left!

This warm, beginner-friendly course offers a comprehensive non-sectarian overview of Buddhism — drawing from both the Theravada and Mahayana traditions — covering the life of the historical Buddha, the Four Noble Truths, the Eightfold Path, karma, meditation, mindfulness, Buddhist ethics, rituals, and so much more.
But more than an intellectual journey, this course is about bringing these ancient teachings into your actual everyday life — transforming how you relate to stress, relationships, work, and the search for meaning.

What We'll Cover:
🌿 The life of the historical Buddha ☸️ The Four Noble Truths & Noble Eightfold Path 💎 The Six Paramitas — generosity, ethics, patience, effort, meditation & wisdom 🌊 Karma, emptiness, rebirth & the afterlife 🧘 Meditation & mindfulness — tools you can use right away 🕯️ Buddhist ethics, rituals & festivals
