Join our 60-minute guided meditation with Bhante Sobitha, a Buddhist monk and teacher based in Zurich. You’ll explore two classical techniques from the Buddhist tradition and how to bring them gently into modern daily life:

• 🧘 Ānāpānasati Meditation – mindfulness of breathing (simple focus and calm)

• 💛 Mettā Meditation – loving-kindness (cultivating warmth and friendliness)
