JOIN OUR GUIDED MEDITATION SESSION
Join Bhante Sobitha for a peaceful one-hour session designed to help you relax, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
You will learn the basic principles of two core Buddhist meditation techniques:
🟤 Anapanasati Meditation – mindful breathing and observation
🟤 Metta Meditation – cultivating loving-kindness and friendliness
The session also includes a short talk on early Buddhist concepts related to meditation and mindful living.
About the teacher
Bhante Sobitha became a monk at the age of 12 and spent many years practicing and teaching meditation in Sri Lanka. He is now based in Zurich at the Buddha-Bhavana Buddhist Center, known for warm, practical teachings suitable for daily life.
