Dear friends,

I humbly request a special topic for April: Rigpa ( ‘The innermost nature of the mind’.)
Rigpa is the true nature of our mind. Resting in the true nature of mind is essential during the dying process. Per Soygal Rinpoche: Don't worry about anything. Even if you find your attention wandering, there is no particular 'thing' you have to hold on to. Just let go. (Page 244, The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying, 1994)

Recently I had a medical emergency (the exact cause is still unknown). I am much better now but wanted to give a short description of the experience purely from the Buddhists Talk about Death perspective.

Please feel free to share the invitation.

Our meeting begins with 15 minutes of silent meditation followed by introductions and and discussion. The meeting finishes with a dedication of merit.
It is not necessary to be a Buddhist to participate.
