Buddy Up Australia is an event based community organisation for current and ex-serving Defence and First Responders, and their families.
Join outdoor adventures, fitness, wellness and social activities.
Membership is free and includes in person and online events.
Some events are free and some are low cost.

Join us for Session 1 of the Veterans Health Week Kayaking Program. This introductory session is held in a controlled pool environment and is ideal for beginners or anyone wanting to build confidence on the water.
