Meet Faye at Novotel Hotel Resort, Rowland Flat, Barossa for a nature walk followed by an afternoon of self-care.

Your experience starts with a gentle 30 minute walk along the shared use Barossa Cycle Path taking in the amazing scenery the Barossa region is famous for.
Then to get you to a deeper relaxation, experience a 30 minute massage designed to help ease tight muscles through the neck, shoulders and upper back. The perfect pick-me-up.

Finally head to the cafe for a relaxing detox juice, herbal tea or coffee. A perfect end to a wonderfully relaxing afternoon escape.
