Welcome to FitCamp in the Park! 🌱💪✨

Looking for a fun way to stay active, connect with amazing people, and become the best version of yourself? Join us every Tuesday from 6–7 p.m. for a community workout that’s all about good vibes, good energy, and growth.

Our FitCamp sessions are bodyweight-based workouts designed for all levels — whether you’re just starting out or already active, you’ll fit right in! The goal is simple: move your body, challenge yourself, and surround yourself with others who are motivated to grow.

After every workout, we’ll provide complimentary recovery shakes for all new guests, because fitness isn’t just about the workout — it’s about fueling your body and taking care of your recovery too.

This is more than just exercise — it’s a community movement. Come solo, bring a friend, or invite your family. Together we’ll sweat, laugh, and push ourselves to become stronger, healthier, and happier.
