Details
đŤ A somatic workshop for tuning into your authentic yes & no đŤ
Sometimes we DONâT KNOW what we want.
Sometimes we know but find it hard to ask.
Sometimes we donât know how to say no â or yes â in a way that feels safe, clear, and embodied.
This workshop offers a space to reconnect with your inner knowing through the foundational tools of the Wheel of ConsentÂŽ. Together, weâll explore what it means to feel and express desire, set boundaries, and communicate authentically.
â What Youâll Experience:
⨠Practices to tune into the felt sense of yes, no, maybe, and want-to vs. willing-to
⨠Opportunities to ask for what you want and practice saying no â without guilt
⨠Exploration of people-pleasing, power dynamics, self-worth, and receiving
⨠Somatic connection exercises (clothed & limited to the arm) that help you notice your authentic response to touch and interaction
