Encuentro de lectura – La Odisea

En este encuentro vamos a conversar sobre el clásico La Odisea de Homero.
La idea es tener una charla informal sobre el libro mientras nos tomamos un cafecito. No hace falta preparar nada académico: podés haber leído el libro completo, partes, o simplemente venir con interés en la historia.

El evento es gratuito. Solo pedimos que cada uno consuma algo en la cafetería donde nos encontremos.

🎬 Con el estreno de la nueva adaptación cinematográfica de La Odisea, dirigida por Christopher Nolan y prevista para julio, es una buena oportunidad para (re)descubrir la historia.

También vamos a organizar otro encuentro para ir a ver la película juntos.

El encuentro será en un café en Palermo. La ubicación exacta se compartirá con quienes confirmen asistencia.

Español e inglés son bienvenidos.

Classic Reading Meetup – The Odyssey by Homer

For this meetup we’ll talk about the classic epic The Odyssey by Homer.
The idea is to have an informal conversation about the story while enjoying a coffee together. No academic preparation is needed — you can join whether you’ve read the whole book, parts of it, or are simply interested in the story.

The event is free. We just ask that everyone orders something at the café where we meet.

🎬 With a new film adaptation of The Odyssey directed by Christopher Nolan expected this July, this is a great chance to revisit the story or get familiar with it beforehand.

We’ll also be organizing a separate meetup to watch the film together.

The meetup will take place in a café in Palermo. The exact location will be shared with attendees who RSVP.

Spanish and English speakers are welcome.
