Important venue notes:
The official address for Olmsted Center for Sign is 1170 Main, but we are meeting in the adjacent building at 1160 Main Street. The driveway is to the left of the building and the parking lot is in the back. Enter via the side glass door.
DO NOT PARK IN FRONT as that is not an Olmsted lot.
The summer is wrapping up, and so is our summer break.
Let's get together and talk about the latest news, trends, and whatever. I would also like to try to get speakers to come and talk about their experiences, insights, etc, so please come with questions you want answered, or topics you may want to present.
Two bits of news prior to our meeting:
• Happening the week after our meet-up is the Toronto meet-up group's inaugural accessibility conference (#a11yTO Conf, September 28 and 29). More information on the #a11yTO Conf is at: http://conf.a11yto.com/ The final batch of tickets goes on sale August 15 at noon.
• Inclusive Design 24, the free 24-hour straight online accessibility conference, is returning on November 16. The call for speakers opened today and stays open until September 17. More information: http://www.inclusivedesign24.org/
Hope to see some of you in Toronto and online in November, if not at our meeting in September.
