Ballroom Dancing with Natasha – Pre Register for ballroom classes for the month with Natasha at 716-440-8328. or pay per class. Also check out Facebook "Ballroom dancing with Natasha" for updates.
This month lessons are held on ALL Mondays in American Foxtrot
The class will start at the beginners level and progress to an intermediate level concentrating on one style for the entire month.

Community Swing - We are offering free beginner West Coast Swing lessons included in your dance entrance fee to the Wednesday night weekly dances at the Ukranian Civic Center at 205 Military Rd Buffalo doing a different basic move each week starting at 6:00 PM. No partner necessary.

TUESDAYS 3/3-3/31 Polish Cadets HallLevel II Lindy: Tempo 7:00pm Learn how to dance to faster tempos without panicking! We’ll take patterns that are challenging at faster speeds and show you how to smooth them out and make them easier. A good, solid, swingout is a requirement for this class AND Charleston basics. Intermediate 5-week progressive class. In collaboration with Swing Buffalo. To be paid through Swing Buffalo.

.LaBlast Workout 6:00pm Wednesdays 3/4-3/25 Studio 35Fitness powered by dance! No partners needed. Bring sneakers, water, and a towel — you will sweat! Some dance experience is required for this class. 4-week progressive class.Ballroom Line Dancing 7:00pm Wednesdays 3/4-3/25 Studio 354No partners needed! Just fun Ballroom-inspired line dances you can do anywhere at any time. ALL-LEVEL 4-week progressive class.

THURSDAYS 3/5-3/26. Intermediate Salsa 7:00pm Studio 354. Level up your Salsa dancing with fun moves and personal shines! A familiarity with Salsa is required for this class. Intermediate 4-week progressive class.

March 8th: Sunday Workshop: Soul Partner Dancing 12:30-2:30pm Studio 354 Learn how to dance to all your favorite Motown songs! Soul dancing is similar to East Coast Swing — but simpler! We’ll learn the basics then SO MUCH MORE at this workshop. No partners needed. We will rotate partners during the class. $30 pre-register; $40 at the door

March 21 – Saturday Mini-Dance & Practica 4:00-6:00pm
Studio 354
Come dance and practice what you've been working on recently. This is the best time to help me help you! I'll be available to answer dance questions and get you moving. Light snacks provided. $10 per person.

The Lockport Family YMCA is offering free ballroom dance lessons on Tuesday nights at 7:30 PM.
The Y is located at 5833 Snyder Drive in Lockport. All classes are free for Buffalo/Niagara Y members. Classes are for all levels of proficiency and focus on learning basics, understanding music and rhythm, improving your dance skills and promoting the dance community. Classes are held in the large fitness room on the second floor. The room features a hardwood floor.The dance style TBA for February . Call Jim Timkey at 716-471-9357 for more information. Swing Buffalo Dances are held at the Polish Cadets Hall at 927 Grant Street Buffalo 14207. 7PM to 10PM. Progressive lessons are at 7pm with Lihann Jones & 7:45pm with Swing Buffalo. Beginner drop in lesson also at 7:45pm and Dancing to a variety of swing music at 8:30PM. Large wooden dance floor. All welcome.

Paula Lezan offers Country Western Line dancing at Dry Gulch Dance Hall at 3145 Walden Ave Depew. Doors open at 5:20 with a Beginner dance lesson at 5:30 – 6pm followed by lessons and dancing until 9pm. $10.00 admission.

USA Dance Please join Western NY USA Dance Chapter #3013 for our Monthly Dance at the Brounshidle Post 3354 Delaware Ave., Kenmore NY 14217. A Waltz lesson with Karen Murphy will take place at 7 PM, and DJ Dave will provide music for social ballroom dancing following the lesson, until 10 PM. The theme is dress to impress in green and gold for St. Patrick’s Day! Snacks are provided; beverages can be purchased at the bar. A 50/50 Raffle supports our live music nights! Members $10, Non-members $15, students $5.

March 17-Tuesday The Tuesday Night Dance is Back! We listened to your concerns and
have changed our day of the month and our location New Location at the Brounshidle Post on Delaware Ave. Tuesday Night Dance (AKA Tuesday Spring Street) Hosted by HH&M Productions (John, Claire and Pat)Music by DJ Larry Helinski 7 pm till 10 pm Cost $10 per person. This month the theme is Green for St Patrick's Day. Fun to participate but not required. There is a bar available.
Please support the bar for all your beverages. You are welcome to bring snacks for your table. Future dances-third Tuesday of each month.

March 19-Thursday White Falcons Social Dance Club is held at the Sikora Post at 950 Payne Avenue North Tonawanda.This Month we will be wearing Green for St Patricks Day. There will be sandwiches and Budway's Donuts for dessert, coffee/tea and soft drinks included in the price. Cash Bar.

March 19-Thursday Monthly Tango Milonga continues at Brounshidle American Legion Post with Catherine Dopp. Dance will run , from 6:30 pm – 10:00 pm at 3354 Delaware Avenue, near
Sheridan. With plenty of parking including the back lot, a small assortment of snacks, and various classic and new music playing for 3.5 hours, it’s a wonderful night of dancing. No partner is needed as we rotate dancers all night. All welcome.
