Reconnect to your breath, mind and body with our vinyasa flow class where we take an hour to stretch, strengthen and restore balance. All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat.

Come experience a mindfully crafted yoga class moving through sequences of poses to connect your mind, breath and body with compassion. Classes are all 75 minutes and accessible for all levels of yogis. Mats are available to be borrowed. All classes are held at Seneca One in downtown Buffalo on the 26th floor. Parking is available on the surrounding streets and surface parking lots. Please allow 10 minutes for parking and arrival to our space.
