Hello Creative Musicians!
Our next gathering will be on Sunday March 2nd from 3:00-5:00pm at 292 Summer St with hosts Ayame and Nick and their wonderful collection of instruments. Snacks at 3 with music to follow.
Bring your instrument, bring a friend, lots of unique instruments to try!
Here are some other opportunities to jam coming up!
1. UB Gathering:
Wednesday February 26 at 7pm in rm.211, Baird Hall on UB North Campus - this is primarily for the UB community, but not exclusive! Let me know if you’d like to join.
This will be part of a series of gatherings so mark your calendars for Feb.26th, March 26th, April 23rd and May 14th. All Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:30pm. All are free! Again, message me if you'd like to attend!
Other creative music offerings through Music for People that are coming up:
1. Collab Lab - this is a virtual workshop of asynchronous creating through Soundtrap, an online Digital Audio Workstation (DAW). Basically, you record tracks and share them with a small group to create unique compositions - here’s the link to more details:

2. Adventures in Improvisation weekend workshop March 22nd-23rd, North Adams, MA - A weekend workshop with Music for People program director Mary Knysh. A deep dive into improvisation. Here’s a link with details:
3. Art of Improvisation - THE big week long intensive workshop is happening in Hamilton NY July 27th - August 1st
