Welcome to the inaugural Singapore Warren Buffett Club meetup.

This is a forum to share ideas on companies listed in Singapore and the US that make for profitable yet safe investments. Our aim is to select and discuss those that can potentially deliver 15% compounding annual growth rate i.e. double in 5 years or less.

We will first go through the 5 main value investing concepts namely:

• Low Price to Earnings i.e. under 12

• Low Price to Book Value i.e. under 2

• Low Debt to Assets i.e. under 33%

• Good growth track record - revenue and earnings

• Qualitative Advantages like the company's brand, its managers and marketing
