This group is designed to build your confidence in a supportive, group setting. We are women who are taking initiative on how life goes, and the kinds of experiences we want to have. I'm a Confidence Coach and I will help you tackle any topics related to confidence and empowerment within these group coaching calls, including navigating things like:
- Feeling like an imposter
- Repeatedly attracting the "wrong" people in your life
- The repercussions of shifting an identity (career change, motherhood, lifestyle changes, etc)
- Noticing you keep doing the same things, expecting different results
- Feeling like you're trapped in the "Golden Handcuffs" and want to live a fuller life
- Feeling like you're being stretched too thin
- Getting in your own way of success (money, relationships, luxurious amounts of time!)
- Realizing you keep letting opportunities pass you by, or that you keep missing the mark
- Feeling like you've lost your sparkle
