We meet regularly in Berlin to build projects, share ideas, and experiment together—all over good coffee. ☕

WHAT WE’VE BUILT – COHORT 1 PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS 🎉
We just wrapped our first 7-week build cycle and had a fantastic demo day! Here are some of the projects that came out of it:
• Emotion-Based Movie Recommender – finding films based on how you feel, not just genre [github]
• Computer Vision for Daphnia Research – measuring key traits in tiny aquatic animals using image analysis
• Language Learning with Native Videos – building an app that teaches language through real-world media
• Tiny Pollutants, Big Problems – visualizing plastic pollution across the ocean using NATO satellite data
• NextGen Tipper – predicting generous tippers for NYC taxi drivers
• Customer Segmentation – using RFM and K-means to group customer behavior
• TellMe App – generating location-aware news & podcasts as you travel through your city

🧠 Starting basic feature engineering to prep for modeling
