AI Clinic 02: Can AI actually do this? Bring the task and find out
Details
Everybody has a task they have quietly wondered about. The one where you think surely a computer could do this by now, and then you never find out, because asking felt like it would turn into a sales call.
This is where you ask.
Same format every month. Everyone names one job they keep doing by hand, all of it goes on a board, and it gets sorted in front of the room into do it yourself this week, a weekend project, or needs help, or leave it alone. Then three or four get taken apart properly: the approach, the tool, roughly the cost, what breaks.
Every bottleneck in the room gets sorted out loud and gets a first step. Some of these are a ten minute job, some are a real project, and some are not worth doing. You will be told which.
You get a straight answer, including when the answer is no. Some things are not worth automating and you deserve to hear that too.
The night
- 6:00 Doors, coffee, write your bottleneck on a card
- 6:15 Round the table, sixty seconds each
- 6:35 The board
- 6:50 Three or four worked through properly
- 7:20 Networking
- 8:00 Out
Who should come
Any owner or operator with a repetitive job and no idea whether it can be handed over. New faces and returning ones both, and if you came last month, bring the next one down your list.
What to bring
One task, described specifically. No laptop.
Cost Free.
When: Wednesday 21 October 2026, 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
Where: 30 Topflight Drive, Mississauga. Follow the signs to the offices when you arrive. Doors at 6:00, and it is worth being there for the round the table at 6:15 because that is where your bottleneck goes on the board.
