THIS IS AN IN-PERSON EVENT!
Join us to master the fundamentals of JavaScript. This workshop is designed specifically with beginners in mind!
This workshop will be a live interactive lecture in-person at our NY office! You will go under-the-hood of JavaScript, so you can confidently tackle new problems and work through blocks.
During this workshop, we will cover:
- What happens when our code runs in the browser?
- A closer look at objects
- Objects and arrays
- Reusing our logic (declaring/invoking functions)
The first 20-30 minutes of this workshop will cover information on Codesmith and our programs.

Experience Level: All experience levels welcome. We recommend getting started on our free JavaScript learning platform CSX and working on the Precourse unit before the workshop.
In an effort to support our resident’s learning, doors will open for this event 30 mins before the scheduled start time and close at 10 pm ET.
