Join us at the NY Codesmith Office to master object-oriented programming in JavaScript! This live interactive lecture will go under-the-hood of JavaScript, so you can confidently tackle new problems and work through blocks.
During this in-person interactive workshop, we'll cover Object-Oriented Programming in JavaScript by going under the hood of OOP and the prototype chain.
Specifically:
- 4 approaches to object-oriented programming in JavaScript
- Prototype, proto and the prototype chain
- Factories, constructors and classes
- ES5 and ES6 approaches

Experience Level: All experience levels welcome. We recommend getting started on our free JavaScript learning platform CSX and working through the Callbacks and Closures units before the workshop.
