Builders 8 — Open House Event
December 17th • 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Grouchy John’s Café (Maryland Pkwy)

Event Description
On December 17th, we’re opening the doors to something new—an intimate, high-standards builders group designed for people who want to create real products, generate real revenue, and collaborate with other committed makers. New builders welcome!

This open house is your opportunity to see if Builders 8 is the community you’ve been looking for. For ninety minutes, we’ll introduce each other, share our projects, and walk through what it means to be part of a focused mastermind of creators who hold each other accountable and consistently ship meaningful work.

Why This Event Exists
Most people say they want to build something, but very few actually do. Even fewer surround themselves with people who are actively creating, pushing boundaries, and treating their ideas like real, revenue-generating products.

Builders 8 was created to fix that.

This group is for the people who are done thinking about building and are ready to build. It’s for individuals who want a room that challenges them, supports them, and forces progress. The open house lets you experience the energy, structure, and standards of this community before deciding if it’s the right fit.

What Will Happen at the Open House

  1. Welcome & Orientation — 6:30 PM
A short introduction to the purpose of Builders 8:
    • Why a small mastermind works
    • Why commitment is the core requirement
    • How collaboration accelerates execution
    • What separates builders from talkers

You’ll get clarity on the culture we’re creating and what we expect from every member.

2. Introductions & Project Showcases
Everyone will briefly introduce:
• Who they are
• What they’re building or want to build
• The outcome they want
• Where they’re stuck
• What support they’re looking for

This is the beginning of a support system.

3. The Power of a Mastermind
We’ll review why small, consistent circles outperform loose meetups and large online communities. You’ll learn:
• How shared intelligence accelerates progress
• Why accountability multiplies output
• How validation loops form
• Why attendance and standards matter

You’ll see how Builders 8 is structured for momentum and results.

4. How the Group Operates Moving Forward
We’ll cover:
• Meeting structure
• Hot seats
• Accountability partners
• Build cycles
• Milestone reviews
• Shipping requirements
• Attendance expectations
• Criteria for staying in the group

This gives you a clear picture of how a serious builder environment functions.

5. Q&A + Open Collaboration
An open conversation to ask questions, explore ideas, and feel out whether this community aligns with your goals.

Who This Event Is For
• Builders
• Coders
• Creators
• Founders
• Anyone serious about taking an idea to revenue

You should attend if you are actively building something and want accountability, momentum, and a group that takes execution seriously.

Who This Event Is Not For
• People who want to “start someday”
• People seeking networking only
• People unwilling to show up consistently
• People not committed to building something real

Builders 8 protects the integrity of the room by keeping standards high.

What to Bring
• Your laptop
• Your active idea or project
• Your intention to build
• A willingness to contribute

Why You Might Want to Join
Because environments shape outcomes. Because accountability multiplies execution. Because the right group can accelerate your progress faster than working alone.

Builders 8 is about work, not hype. If you’re trying to ship something and want to be surrounded by people doing the same, this open house may be the catalyst you’ve needed.
