Master Mind Session

What this is

This is a Mastermind-style meeting for tech founders and independent entrepreneurs. We come together to share progress, get feedback, and support each other in growing our businesses and ourselves.

Each meeting blends peer accountability, encouragement, and insight - helping members set goals, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate wins.

Format

• Facilitator: Paul leads each session and provides a quick orientation for newcomers.
• We’ll begin with brief introductions and updates.
• Then, we move into Mastermind rounds - each participant gets dedicated time to share a challenge, goal, or topic for feedback from the group.
• Depending on attendance, we may adjust the time per person to ensure everyone gets a chance to participate.

New members are always welcome! You’ll get a short overview before we begin so you know what to expect.

Timing
Our sessions typically run around 90 minutes to 2 hours, depending on group size.

We try to stay on schedule, but conversations often flow naturally - please let us know at the start if you need to leave early so we can plan accordingly.

Location
We meet online using Google Meet or Zoom (link posted in our Discord before each meeting).

• Respectful feedback: We support and challenge each other constructively.
• Cameras on: As a professional meeting, we all stay on camera and fully participate.
