Are you tired of surface-level networking and friendships left to chance? This group is for men in NYC who are intentional about building a strong inner circle. Inspired by Benjamin Franklin's original 'Junto,' we host structured events, team building activities, and discussions designed to forge genuine camaraderie through shared ideas and experiences.
We believe friendship is built, not found. It should be intentional, supportive, and grounded in shared experience.
Our Juntos are small, curated groups of men who meet weekly in person. The goal is to move beyond small talk through a structured framework of activities, NYC adventures, and team building exercises. Each chapter is designed to help you forge genuine bonds, not just acquaintances.
We match you with guys you're likely to actually click with, based on your interests, age, and life stage preferences.
Launching November 2025: We'll be hosting "The First Round," our kickoff in-person gathering to meet other men, get a feel for the Junto experience, and learn how to join our first founding chapters. (Event details are posted in our events tab!)

About the Chapters: Our full Junto chapters are a paid, 6-week experience, designed to help men build a meaningful, lasting inner circle. Some pilot chapters may be offered at a reduced rate as we build this community.
