Through heart-centered practices—including energy healing, guided visualization, intuitive energy activations, and journaling—we create a nurturing sanctuary for deep self-reflection, emotional release, and soul nourishment. As we honor our individual healing journeys, we also awaken the wisdom of our lineage, drawing strength from those who walked before us.

📍 Location: This session will be held in the Moon Room @ Common Street Spiritual Center ( on the 3rd floor. Enter through the school street door and come upstairs to find us )

🔹 What to Bring: A mat, water bottle, and anything else for your comfort while sitting or lying down during the journey. We have some available at the center if needed.
