The way we connect with each other in the workplace, regardless of the size of your company, is a defining factor in having a strong culture. This connection is critical to your success as a business, and crucial to attracting and retaining top talent. But how do you use your physical space to drive the culture you work so hard to cultivate? The topic is top of mind for everyone-- from designers, to employee engagement innovators, to recruiters, to workplace executives-- across business of all industries and sizes.
This event will bring together thought leaders who are passionate about creating, cultivating, and communicating company culture to address questions, including:
• How do you prepare for the needs of today’s-- and tomorrow's-- workers?
• How can you reflect your culture... without doing a complete office redesign?
