Put an End to Processed Foods: a hypnotic experience towards better health

Details

Are ready to stop eating processed foods? Is consuming too much "convenient" foods finally catching up to you with excess weight, brain fog, and inflammation?

If so, then this online Meetup to put an end to processed food is for you.

Facilitated by a life coach, health coach, and hypnotherapist, this event will include:

1. A tool to help you bring awareness to yourself and to track your patterns, triggers, thoughts, and emotions.
2. An overview of the 6 steps to a healthier body.
3. A hypnotic experience to work with your subconscious mind to interrupt the pattern of consuming too much processed foods.
3. A recording of the hypnosis session so you can listen to it over and over again as you wish.

What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a heightened state of focus and awareness where your focus becomes shifted into a particular suggestion, belief, or an idea. You are so focused on the suggested experience that your subconscious mind feels it is real.

Hypnosis is a very natural state that every person gets into regularly. If you have ever been day dreaming, that is a state of trance (hypnosis). If you are a reader and you find yourself "inside" the book pages as you are reading, imaging every detail that you are absorbing, you were in a state of trance. If you have ever experienced "highway hypnosis" where you drive to the same location frequently and, when you got to your location, you thought to yourself that you didn't even remember driving parts of it. That, too, is a state of hypnosis.

What to expect:
We will begin our time together in conversation and education. To me, when a person can understand the logic behind certain things, it allows the change work to happen more naturally and to last. We will then move into the hypnosis experience.

What you need to do:
Hypnosis is just as effective via Zoom as it is online. I see one-on-one clients via Zoom regularly. Some people prefer it since they are in the comfort and safety of their own home and don't need to stress with driving and parking.

1. Arrive on time. Due to the nature of this course, I will not allow anyone into the session 5 minutes after we have started. It is important to have focus throughout, and having people come into the meeting after we have started disrupts everyone.

2. Wearing earbuds or headphones gives a nicer hypnotic experience since they reduce outside noise and you can hear me clearer and louder.

3. Make sure you are in a room with no disruptions from humans or pets.

4. Be in a comfortable chair such as recliner, or you can be on a couch or somewhere you can relax and have full body and head support.

5. I will want to see your face during the session, so ensure that your device is positioned where I can see you. This means cameras must be on for this event. This is important for me to ensure I provide to you the best experience.

6. Make sure the device you are on is fully charged while ensuring that any other devices around you are turned to do not disturb, including any wearable devices that may vibrate during the event.

Everyone responds to hypnosis and hypnotic suggestions differently and has different results. To ensure your best results, look at this opportunity as me as a partner in your quest rather than a miracle worker who will simply fix things for you. You must do your part in this as well, and that includes:

1. Showing up on time to the event.
2. Utilizing the resources I will provide to you during the event.
3. Trusting in yourself to do this and believing in the process.
4. Listening to the recording I will provide.
