Looking for a way to unwind, stretch, and maybe even discover your inner unicorn? 🦄✨
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just curious about the whole "om" thing, this session is perfect for beginners AND experienced alike.
This s short and accessible yoga session after a working week to stretch the body and to feel more calm and grounded for meditation. Come in comfortable clothes which allow movement and bring a mat or simply a towel

Our classes are free/donation based and available for everyone!
Each class is followed by sharing circle with the opportunity to connect on a deeper level and if you feel like extending your stay join us for a lunch at the local restaurant.
