We will discuss how to build better customer relationships and employee cultures. Professionals from all business disciplines--marketing, sales, product, customer service, human resources, finance, and operations—are invited to join us to talk about the conversations you are having with your customers, the problems your company solves, and how to make customers successful, all while making employees happy. We’ll gather to brainstorm ways to improve these customer experiences in your company, measure them, and discuss how such metrics can be used to increase the bottom line.
