Everyone these days seems to be a visionary. But does every company have a vision? We’ll discuss why vision statements are important to guide companies and what happens when this doesn’t exist.

The agenda for each meeting:
Introductions and each attendee quickly shares a win that improves their customer or employee relationships (~15 min)
We open the floor to discuss challenges we need help with solving (~15 min)
Topic discussion in the group (5-10 minute topic presentation then open discussion) (~30 min)

Rather than formal presentations or lectures, this is an active, virtual discussion that encourages everyone to participate and share their experiences. By learning from each other and supporting each other’s efforts to experiment to gain new insights, we can better learn how to improve our customer and employee conversations and interactions, which develop into relationships that ultimately increase the bottom line.

As the group grows, we may use breakout rooms to have more focused discussions and learn from each other.
