You have all likely noted the many changes in this app. None of which are good as I see it.

Even as an organizer I am unable to message people directly. So yet another update about this event— emails have not been coming in yet so I guess If you don’t catch this, you won’t be able to attend. My apologies.

Everyone has now been moved off the waitlist. They should likewise email me for details.

In future we will go back to the model of conversarions around a table on topics pre-selected by those who come out. It also supports local businesses and Is dependable.

Hi all!
We have to change the date again (my apologies!) — as we were unable to secure our regular venue. I am hoping that this is a positive change, as I will now be offering to host you in my home. That is close by the Fieldhouse down the road, closer to Rideau Cottage. I will send the exact location to attendees closer to the event.

We hope that by offering this particular event in my home, it will allow you to experience even deeper relaxation and enjoy the session that much more!

It will be helpful if you bring a pillow or yoga mat to sit on the floor. I will also have limited seating available. Please feel free to also bring your favourite refreshment/drink! ~Alison
