Awakening Together: Presence, Connection, Evolution

Hi friends,

In November, we’ll gather online for the first time in quite a while. Moving our circle onto Zoom for a few months means that members beyond Ottawa/Canada can join back in the conversation, which I’m really excited about.

This month, we’ll explore the profound shifts unfolding within and around us — from the tests we’re facing individually and collectively, to how these experiences are shaping the broader evolution of consciousness. These are not easy times, but they are potent ones.

To keep our conversation dynamic and inclusive, we’ll flow between time as a whole group and smaller breakout circles—creating space for reflection, listening, and shared insight.

I invite you to bring along something that’s been resonating with you lately: a resource, a teaching, a practice, or simply an insight from your own life. Together, we’ll weave these threads into a collective conversation about what supports us, inspires us, and helps us step into a new way of being.

This group has always thrived on the wisdom of its members and the open-hearted exchange that happens when we come together.
