Building the New Earth - Sovereignty & Evolution

Hi everyone!

In these turbulent times, globally, politically, spiritually… we’re being tested and we are asked to be the change we want to see in the world. These are precisely the moments we were made for. This is why we gather.

As we continue to navigate massive change, it’s time to reassert the original intention of this group: Building the New Earth—not just in theory, but in practice. What does that actually look like? How do we live it?

On September 1, from 7 - 9pm, we will gather for a powerful and timely conversation on our sovereignty and evolution. This is not about politics—it’s about energetic, spiritual, and personal sovereignty. The kind that no one can take from you.

We'll explore a range of practical tools for cultivating sovereignty, such as: breath work, Earthing, creative expression, meditation, water fasting, the power of forgiveness, self-love, developing resilience to fear, guilt and shame, and embodying reverence for the Earth.

This is a space for open-hearted exchange, grounded wisdom sharing, and collective upliftment. This topic is broad and may span several months, as determined by those who participate.

Please note that both November and December's meetings will be online (via Zoom), as I am away hosting retreats in Mindo, Ecuador (spiritual retreats for anyone interested in finding out more: earthtreks.ca/retreats). This also allows us to welcome group members who live outside of Ottawa to rejoin us in conversation.
