Awakening Together: Sovereignty & Evolution

Hi friends,

On Monday, November 3, from 7–9 pm, we’ll gather online for the first time (in a few years anyway). Moving our circle onto Zoom for a few months means that friends beyond Ottawa—and even outside Canada—can join in, which I’m really excited about.

Our focus will be on sovereignty and the evolution of consciousness—big ideas, yes, but grounded in the very real question of how we live them day to day. To keep the conversation rich and inclusive, we’ll move between conversation as a full group and smaller breakout conversations, giving everyone space to both listen and share.

I invite you to bring along something that’s been resonating with you lately: a resource, a teaching, a practice, or simply an insight from your own life. Together, we’ll weave these threads into a collective conversation about what supports us, inspires us, and helps us step into a new way of being.

This group has always thrived on the wisdom of its members and the open-hearted exchange that happens when we come together.
