Ever since COVID, many people have become more isolated and disconnected from one another. Human connection, something we all need to thrive, has become increasingly limited. More people are spending time alone, staying inside their homes, and communicating primarily through screens rather than face-to-face interactions.
Children are spending less time outdoors, neighborhoods are becoming quieter, and many adults find themselves struggling to build meaningful friendships and genuine social connections. In a world that seems more connected online than ever before, many people feel more alone than they did in the past.
Our mission is to help bring people back together as a community.
Building Friendships in Adulthood is a welcoming space where adults can create new friendships, strengthen social skills, share experiences, and build meaningful connections with others. We believe that as human beings, we are not meant to go through life alone. We thrive through conversation, friendship, support, and community.
Through both online and in-person events, members will have opportunities to meet new people, participate in engaging discussions, attend social gatherings, share interests, and build lasting friendships.
Whether you are new to an area, going through a life transition, working remotely, recently divorced, retired, or simply looking to expand your social circle, this community is here for you.
Let’s step away from isolation, reconnect with one another, and build a stronger sense of belonging—one friendship at a time.
