We have been invited to a book club night by a Plant Based Pod in Chesterfield, VA. They will be discussing the book, Food is Climate, by Glen Merzer. It's a pretty quick, although fairly heavy, read. And exciting news, the author will be in the book club meeting so we can discuss the book directly with him!! If you want to find new motivation or find out how going plant based will help save our planet, then this is the book for you.
