Building San Diego is a local networking and education group for people who are serious about real estate, development, construction, investing, lending, design, and business growth in San Diego and Southern California.

This group is for builders, developers, investors, lenders, brokers, realtors, architects, engineers, contractors, designers, attorneys, financial professionals, landowners, entrepreneurs, and anyone who is serious about learning how real estate really gets built.

You do not need to be a full-time real estate professional to join. But you should be serious. Serious about learning. Serious about networking. Serious about investing. Serious about creating opportunity. And serious about bringing something useful to the table.

Our goal is to create a practical, high-value community where people can meet real operators, exchange ideas, learn from active projects, build relationships, and find opportunities that do not usually show up on the surface.

We will host monthly group events featuring speakers, project case studies, market discussions, development strategy, investment education, and networking with people who are actively involved in the local real estate ecosystem.

We will also have a more casual morning coffee meetup every 3rd Friday of the month at 8:30 AM at Toast Café in Sorrento Valley. This is a great opportunity to meet other members, share ideas, discuss deals, and build relationships in a smaller setting.
