Do you ever feel wired for no reason; a constant vibration in your chest, a racing heart, or a sense of dread even when you’re safe? When you finally sit down, does your body still feel like it needs to move?

It’s like your body is a speeding train picking up momentum even when you’re trying to slow down.

This isn’t a mindset issue. It’s biology. Your nervous system’s internal Warning System is firing off alerts because it is experiencing the stress of daily life as danger. It’s trying to protect you, but instead it’s draining you.

This workshop is about helping your body stand down.

We’ll walk through:

  • The Warning System
  • Why your brain struggles not only to tell the difference between a real threat and a difficult email, but how our frantic-paced daily life triggers the same fight-or-flight alarms.
  • The Speeding Train
  • Why you can’t “just relax” on command, and why the body refuses to shut off instantly at night. You’ll learn how to manage your internal speed throughout the day so evenings don’t feel like slamming into a wall.
  • Station Stops
  • A practical, sixty-second grounding tool you can use anywhere to lower your RPMs before your system crashes.
  • Learn the Tools to Turn Off Your Fight/Flight Mode
  • We’ll develop and practice skills that slow down your speeding-train nervous system, help you regain control, and reduce overwhelm.

My goal with these workshops is to build your personal portfolio of tools so you can choose what you need, exactly when you need it.

All participants will receive the workshop recording and the slide deck.
