In my free workshop, I talked about the idea of “parts” — the different voices and reactions inside us.

But understanding the concept is very different from knowing what to do when it’s happening in real time.

This 2-hour intensive is about that moment.

When anxiety spikes.
When self-criticism gets loud.
When you feel pulled in two directions internally.

Instead of fighting those reactions or trying to overpower them, you’ll learn how to:
• Recognize what’s happening internally
• Slow the reaction before it escalates
• Ask the right internal questions
• Begin a productive dialogue instead of spiraling

This is skill-building. Not trauma processing.

You won’t be asked to share anything you don’t want to.
